Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MyRepairApp service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

MyRepairApp ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides the MyRepairApp (the "Service") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Description of Service

The Service includes, but is not limited to, the provision of organizational tools and software. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep this information up to date.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal information.

5. User Conduct

You are responsible for all activities under your account. You agree not to use the Service to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities.

6. Payment and Fees

Fees for the Service will be charged as described in the pricing section of our website. We reserve the right to change the pricing at any time.

7. Paid Services

We're proud to offer many powerful features for free, but some of our advanced tools and integrations are part of our Paid Services.

How We Charge

Paid Services may include both Subscription Services (recurring monthly or annual fees) and Pay-As-You-Go Services (charged based on usage).

By signing up for any Paid Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any required taxes. We'll collect payment using one of the following methods:

  • Your linked debit or credit card
  • A deduction from your MyRepairApp Wallet balance (if applicable)
  • Your connected bank account
  • Or from your payment processing proceeds (where supported)

Subscription Billing

Subscription Services (like MyRepairApp Pro as an example) are billed on a recurring basis—monthly or annually, depending on your selection—starting from your initial signup date. If you signed up with a free trial, you will be automatically billed once the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a cancellation request to Support by email or through the Support (?) button in MyRepairApp. When you cancel:

  • You'll retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time unless the cancellation is within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal date.

Fee Changes

If we ever adjust our subscription pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the service after that notice means you accept the new rate.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MyRepairApp and its licensors.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MyRepairApp.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of the Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyRepairApp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
