Prices are before the card surcharge. Phone plans cover 2 claims per rolling 12 months. Everything covers up to $5,000 and Home up to $6,000 a year, with no limit on the number of claims. No plan covers theft or loss.

Questions about the money
When do I get my first payout?
Residuals are paid net 30, by ACH on the 15th and the 30th. Your first deposit arrives about 30 to 45 days after your first sale.
What happens if a customer cancels or stops paying?
Your commission stops with their last payment. Commission already paid to you stays yours.
Do yearly plans pay too?
Yes. Yearly Phone Basic, Plus and Premium plans earn $22.75, $42.25 and $55.25. Phone Ultimate earns $55.25 and Everything earns $91.00, paid the same way. Home is monthly only.
Who repairs a covered device?
Your store. The claim comes back to the store that sold the plan as a repair ticket, and you're paid for the repair after ServiceFlow fees.
Which plans earn commission?
Every COVRD plan earns commission on every payment, from $1.75 a month on Phone Basic to $10.00 a month on Home.
