What Covrd Screen adds each month

The claim opens as a repair ticket at your store. You're paid net 30 on the 15th and 30th, or right away for a 3% fee.

Can I include it free with the repair?
Yes. Bundle it into the repair at no charge to the customer, and your cost drops too: $26.52 instead of $30.50 on a $199 repair.
When do I pay for each plan?
Your cost is debited by ACH, usually within 24 to 48 hours of the sale.
What if the customer changes their mind?
Plans canceled within 14 days of coverage starting get a full refund. After that they can be canceled without a refund.
How many times can a device be covered?
Up to 4 enrollments per customer and device in 12 months. A claim repair after that doesn't get new coverage.
How are claims paid?
The claim value is the repair price plus tax, minus the deductible. You're paid that after ServiceFlow fees, net 30 or right away for 3%.
